This individual will play a key role in the support of the operations of both the Marketing department as well as the Management team and office operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This includes supporting the tactical execution of projects and activities in alignment with the overall objectives, strategy and goals of the Marketing team. In addition to aiding in the smooth operations of the office, working with the management team to assist in new hire onboarding and planning of office meetings, the Marketing/Operations Coordinator will aid in the planning, coordination and execution of trade marketing and events for our partner community

  • both reseller and distributor. This role will collaborate cross-functionally, oversees projects, reports on KPI metrics and results, and recommends continuous improvements for maximum results.

GOALS and OBJECTIVES:

  • This individual supports the Marketing and Management team in implementation of marketing initiatives and programs. Works to understand goals of Marketing Team and helps with execution of tasks and programs. In addition, this individual will work in collaboration with other groups within the organization to ensure deadlines and tasks are completed.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in the execution of Marketing projects, campaigns and events.
  • Coordinates local community and lead-generation events including project plan, booth assets, event execution/attendance, integrated marketing, results reporting.
  • Provides support of logistics for To Partner/Thru Partner events including partner trainings, sales days, vendor shows as well as trade shows.
  • Works closely with Content, Web Team, Sales, Business Systems, Sales & Marketing Operations and other departments to request project tasks, content deliverables and marketing campaigns.
  • Defines and maintains program, campaign, and event reporting and KPI tracking on activities. Analyze reports and build regular scorecards providing analysis to track sales and marketing data. Supports the team to help ensure content deadlines and monitors and reports on program effectiveness (ROI).
  • Administrative support for Marketing team to include processing of purchase orders, contract review and approvals, budget tracking and sales/ROI reporting. Manages partner marketing portals and communications including organization and upload of content and/or assets to partner portals and additional partner sites.
  • Coordinates the purchase and ordering of promotional materials, printing requests, contest prizes and fulfillment, office supplies and other miscellaneous requirements.
  • Administrative support of the new hire onboarding process. Working with the hiring manager to ensure associate onboarding is successful. This includes but not limited to coordinating new associate documentation for payroll enrollment, benefits, system access, building access etc
  • Working with the management team in the coordination and planning of various internal team events, trainings, and planning meetings both on and off site.

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of general marketing or channel marketing experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Good organizational, time management and project management skills
  • An outgoing personality and energy-level appropriate to extensive customer interactions during numerous events
  • Ability to multi-task and work well within a team environment
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, deadline driven, and responsive to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including, PIVOT tables, Graphs and Charts
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Eloqua, Dreamweaver, and/or Photoshop is a plus
