POSITION PURPOSE:

The Integrated Marketing Lead is a key member of the Stericycle Commercial Go-To Market team. This role will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Integrated Marketing team by developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate features and benefits of new and existing products/services to customers, develop messaging and market positioning. This role will also be responsible for communicating the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.

This role will be accountable for managing demand generation campaigns and initiatives and tracking the effectiveness of these programs, report on KPIs and ROI resulting in increased lead generation and increased revenue that is in line with Stericycle's strategic goals and priorities.

KEY JOB ACTIVITIES:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage projects including time, activities and resources
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to internal/external stakeholders, communicating program details, performance and other essential metrics.

CAMPAIGN PROGRAM DESIGN AND EXECUTION:

  • Manage all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including strategy & planning, development, execution and analysis
  • Execute comprehensive demand generation/lead programs to increase awareness of brand and products, while contributing to inbound and outbound tactics
  • Create and/or revise marketing copy and messaging, following trends within the industry
  • Develop content that aligns with the sale process and supports the customers in all phases of the buying cycle
  • Coordinate with Creative teams to develop advertising material and sales collateral
  • Partner with sales and product marketing to develop effective programs and drive profitable growth; this includes understanding and acting on trends and need in the market
  • Align best practices in targeting, messaging and engagement strategies to deliver campaigns that drive profitable growth through optimal customer experiences
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing teams to develop key assets and execute on specific channels which can include: digital, social media, public relations, content, creative, e-mail, nurture and data analytics

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

  • Provide detailed metrics on marketing program performance that align with sales and company goals
  • Contribute to market and revenue growth in the Independent healthcare market.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing programs and campaigns
  • Manage the annual marketing budget

SALES ENABLEMENT:

  • Manage and deliver content, processes, practices and tools to support Sales throughout the pre-sales process and buyers journey
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing partners to enhance sales capabilities to improve conversion potential Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in product management and lead generation programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and lead integrated projects; proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Successful track record with customer targeting, messaging and engagement strategies
  • Creative and proactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced marketing environment
  • Proven ability to understand business opportunities and translate them into high-impact marketing programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate in an effective and articulate manner telling the story for various marketing channels Certifications and/or Licenses:
