ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Create and launch a global marketing strategy that successfully positions CubicFarms in the market and drives lead generations and sales.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing plans and communication strategies utilizing both digital and traditional marketing methods across a variety of channels.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, presentations, promotional recaps and marketing business cases for new products or initiatives to support CubicFarms' strategies for growth.
  • Provide well researched thought-leadership pieces to build CubicFarms' value proposition and credibility in the industry.
  • Represent CubicFarms on the world stage, (e.g. tradeshows, TEDx, etc.) to generate excitement, interest, and sales prospects.
  • Develop campaigns and strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the Executive team on new marketing and product development and services that meet the demands of the global target market.
  • Foster and develop relationships to ensure project timelines are met and roadblocks are removed.
  • Build, mentor and coach a successful marketing team. Exemplify leadership qualities and be a role model of CubicFarms' values.
  • Implement policies, programs, and systems that support marketing within the organization.
  • Pitch in and help out where needed.

ABOUT YOU

  • 10+ years of experience as a marketing guru who has worked in new industries and/or with new innovative products (preferably in food production, agriculture or technology).
  • 5+ years of leadership experience working at the executive and/or senior leadership level.
  • Proficient in digital and traditional marketing across a variety of different channels.
  • Proven track-record in B2B and B2C marketing strategies that have resulted in driving lead generations and sales.
  • Creative, innovative, and possess a genuine love and passion for your work.
  • Customer-centric with a natural ability to understand and delight the customer.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that embraces change and challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Accountable

  • Ability and desire to do what needs to be done, move fast and operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Innate motivation to learn and continuously develop yourself and others.
