Is our Marketing Coordinator role a good fit for you?

Big Picture Responsibilities: as the Marketing Coordinator you will develop and distribute key content for the website, social media, HubSpot marketing system, newsletters, job boards and recruitment software, and blog posts. You will work alongside our growing team and in conjunction with our sister company, Digital Hot Sauce. We are looking for you to drive content creation and contribute to updating our current content. We believe that AT has a story to tell, and you will play a lead role in getting our story out there.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

(1) Researching and creating content, writing, editing, creating videos, editing photos, etc. for social media, our website, HubSpot, etc.

(2) Partnering and collaborating with our sister company, Digital Hot Sauce (Digital Marketing) on content strategy and execution

(3) Developing a communication and content strategy for prospective, current and past teachers

(4) Distributing content on all of our platforms and building links

(5) Managing our social media content, and communicating and engaging in meaningful interactions with our audience and clients.

(6) Building marketing campaigns specific to hiring seasons.

(7) Increasing our Search Rankings on Google and other search engines

  • SEO strategically utilizing content.

  • Graphic design skills (PhotoShop/Indesign

  • Photography and video skills are a bonus
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, start and execute your ideas
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a bonus
  • Ability to initiate and manage marketing campaigns and projects and see them through to completion
