COMPLETE THE FULL SALES CYCLE

  • Prospecting
  • Plan meeting/sales opportunities
  • Present the company (products and services)
  • Identify market opportunities
  • Perform Ergonomic Needs Analysis
  • Have products demos prepared base on prior Ergonomic needs Analysis
  • Ensure proper condition of demo equipment (Clean/Inspect/Test)
  • Manage and track all location of all the provided demo equipment
  •  Assist clients with trials and give proper feedbacks to inquiries
  • Complete and follow up on bids
  • Close sales and obtain purchase orders
  • Open new accounts
  • Manage travel optimally and respect travel expenses budget

PROMOTING SYNETIK PRODUCTS (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

  • Develop/solidify/maintain good business relationships
  • Perform satisfaction tracking
  • Conduct competitive product analysis
  • Conduct regular competitive monitoring
  • Collaborate in pricing products and options
  • Negociate prices
  • Find new distributors
  • Participate in promotional activities on territory (trade shows, special events, etc.)
  • Facilitate communication/Be the contact person between different departments and customers/distributors
  • Support distributors with their ergonomic projects
  • Train distributors (including continuing education)
