We are currently searching for Key Account Manager - English Canada. The Key Account Manager is accountable and responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship to achieve sales objectives, increase profit targets and drive category sales growth by identifying customer needs and build customer alliances to establish and maintain PFDC market leadership.

MAIN TASKS

  • Increase sales, profitability and market share of PFDC brands
  • Manage Customer Plan; planning budgets, presenting, executing, reviewing and improving the business plan.
  • Plan, develop, implement and execute aggressive Trade Programs to support PFDC objectives through; flyers, PPKs, exclusive banners initiatives, WEB initiatives, etc
  • Build strong relationships at multiple levels and serve as account’s primary point of contact. Assume responsibility for all aspects of account relationship and performance, including member loyalty, growth, buyer experience, commercial policy, payment of fees.
  • Plan, organize and deliver effective presentations to our customers
  • Participate at the major SDM & Rexall Congresses as well as the relevant regional and local meetings.
  • Lead the Priority Products Listing Plan and secure innovation listings
  • Creates and manage S.W.O.T. and sales KPIs
  • Proactively analyze all available data (Account POS, Toolbox, Nielsen etc.) and sales performance metrics, on a monthly basis, to ensure metrics are achieved/exceeded.
  • Lead business reviews to accurately report budget activity to National Account Director
  • Establish and maintain an excellent level of communication with internal key stakeholders.
  • Works collaboratively with trade marketing, category management and marketing department to guaranty the achievement of PFDC objective’s

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • University degree, ideally in business management
  • French speaking, an asset

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as KAM, trade marketing or sales regional manager
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Dermo Cosmetics, HABA or CPG
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills
  • Must possess effective negotiating and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retailer POS systems is required- Toolbox and Top shelf
  • Must have the ability to analyze sales and market information needed to present business building solutions
  • Valid driver license
