The Bell Small Business Marketing Communications team promotes a vast array of communications solutions for small organizations. These include Internet and private networks, Fibe/Satellite TV, data centres, cloud solutions and unified communications solutions such as Bell Total Connect.

The team is currently seeking a high energy team player to drive highly effective and innovative communications to potential and existing small business customers. Supported by the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, the Specialist, Marketing Communications, is responsible for the execution of all marketing communications tactics which includes mass advertising, direct marketing, sales material, customer communications etc.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • End to end management of integrated mass campaigns, direct marketing projects, production of sales material and events, from briefing to performance analysis
  • Campaign management including managing budget, work back schedules and approvals
  • Edit content to ensure the message is clear
  • Ability to manage multiple agencies (advertising, media buying, content developers etc.) and multiple projects/campaigns
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with many internal partners such as marketing, sales and channel partners, legal, etc.
  • Champion the Bell brand standards with marketing primes

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing communications experience
  • University degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration
  • Have excellent English and French writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong skills in managing timelines
  • Excellent creative judgement
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills in executing multiple communication projects simultaneously
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in English and French
  • Customer focused, passion for success, team player, innovative and self-motivated
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Writer, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism (E/F) is a clear asset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Telecom and B2B experience an asset
