Voxel Farm is looking for a PR & Community Manager who will be responsible of promoting and growing the overall brand on social and traditional media for the company. The PR & Community Manager will engage with new users through social media, communication events and public relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Voxel Farm communication campaigns, community strategies and best practices across various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Twitch and others align with marketing strategies.
• Support communication campaigns through drafting and distributing press releases and preparing media briefing documents.
• Create, plan and execute PR & communication strategies for digital and traditional media to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Partner with Customer Support team on social care strategy and messaging to customers.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and the media.
• Test, optimize and analyze campaigns and projects based on key metrics.
• Understand the interests and behaviors of our target user segments and how to effectively engage with them.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing social media and community platforms.
• Experience working in gaming (asset), with an understanding of engaging the audience.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Analytical mindset with ability to understand how social campaigns deliver impact marketing and company goals.
• Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
