Reporting to the Manager, Talent & Employee Recruitment Marketing, the Advisor, Recruitment Marketing will collaboratively drive marketing strategies to create and execute effective initiatives to raise brand awareness and attract potential talent.

What you will do:

Recruitment Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand their talent acquisition goals and develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding to enhance candidate attraction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR, to ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment messaging and branding.

Creative & Design

  • Create visually appealing and engaging content using graphic design tools, with a strong emphasis on Canva.
  • Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, job boards, and career websites.

Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to develop effective targeted campaigns.
  • Utilize recruitment tracking systems, specifically SuccessFactors, to track and analyze recruitment metrics and optimize the candidate experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Create and manage SAP which includes purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing, as well as setting up vendors in the system.

Event Management

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to activate and leverage partnerships.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, providing insights for optimization.
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with a focus on graphic design, or a Graphics Design Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the marketing and advertising industry, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and Canva.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design tools, specifically Canva, to create visually appealing content for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies, employer branding, and candidate attraction techniques.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry, with knowledge of recruitment tracking systems, especially SuccessFactors, considered an asset.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
