POSITION OVERVIEW
Operations Coordinators are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. More specifically, they coordinate deliveries and pick-ups, plan short-term staffing and support technicians and sales staff both in the office and at events.
Key Job Responsibilities
Short-term staff planning:
- Schedule staff for events confirmed at the last minute
- Modify planning based on client needs and communicate these changes to technicians
- Complete long-term planning based on operational needs
Coordinate logistics:
- Schedule personnel for deliveries and pick-ups
- Plan delivery and pick-up schedules on a daily basis
- Ensure maximum utilization of our truck fleet
- Rent trucks, as needed
Support for events:
- Answer calls from event technicians and help them find solutions to various problems
- Ensure that the chain of communication is always respected
- Be aware of the progress of operations
- Assist the technical staff during the preparation of events
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the audiovisual field
- Bilingual Preferred (French/English)
- Must have a driver's license
