Job Description :

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, dedicated, focused and dynamic individual with top notch personal and technical skills. This position requires a confident, innovative and business minded person who can listen to ideas and formulate and execute plans accordingly.


  • Maintaining a steady day to day sales routine for our property level solution
  • Execute a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week to targeted prospects.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted prospects, gain an audience, and set up appointments for a needs/alignment review.
  • Achieve or exceed a 5% dial-to-appointment rate.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to optimize appointment quality, yielding a minimum of an 85% appointment show rate and a 40% lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to support account penetration campaigns.
  • Navigate and leverage Salesforce to maximize prospect targeting efforts.
  • Other related responsibilities, as assigned.


  • At least two (2) years of client-facing experience, either in a sales or service capacity
  • A track record of persistence and overcoming adversity
  • Excellent self-discipline and self-motivation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus
  • Salesforce Knowledge a plus, but general knowledge of a CRM is a must
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Multi-lingual is a bonus
  • Post-Secondary degree or equivalent experience in hospitality


  • Must be self-motivated, have organizational agility and the ability to plan own work schedule, and set and monitor personal performance goals
  • Requires excellent negotiation and listening skills
  • Have a positive attitude and work ethic with a strong drive for results
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
