Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of agency's influencer marketing team
  • Mentor and coach junior and senior talent
  • Enhance and challenge the team's thinking to optimize their overall recommendations, process, and execution
  • Develop client relationships with an eye to expand our overall business
  • Identify, collaborate with, and leverage appropriate cross-functional agency teams to optimize campaigns and continually improve process/workflow
  • Serve as ultimate client quality control and approver of strategic direction
  • Client problem fixing and troubleshooting, including the diagnosis of potential issues
  • Develop data and measurement framework for our clients to prove campaign success and differentiate our capability
  • Identify own-able ways to productize our influencer and creator services that distinguish them from similar industry offerings
  • Stay at the forefront of practice-enhancing opportunities - i.e. partnerships, platforms, key relationships, and team learning opportunities
  • Experiment with emerging platforms strategically in a continually evolving space
  • Educate and inspire agency colleagues on influencer and creator opportunities
  • Champion the difference between #ad posts and well-made creator-led content and have a realistic vision of how the latter can be better executed.
  • Develop KPI measurement strategy for campaigns and deliver on them
  • Remain at the forefront of cultural content creator and influencer happenings on a small and large scale.
  • Keep abreast of, and coach team on social trends across platforms

REQUIREMENTS (UNLESS YOU CONVINCE US OTHERWISE)

  • 6+ years work experience at an influencer marketing agency
  • Strong managerial skills - including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams and staff, including management of teams of 6 to 20 people
  • Must be proactive and flexible, a team player able to work in a fluid environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to read a room and tailor your message and style for the audience
  • Ability to command respect with insights at client meetings
  • Ability to mentor, nurture, and service clients and internal team members
  • Excellent written skills (English), especially in creative conceptualization at high speed
  • Excellent organizational skills, including management of complex projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to lead agency and industry innovation by selling through new ways of doing affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Work experience with proven successful campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Experience working on agency teams for large brands with complex marketing campaigns
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic, with pop culture savvy
  • Technologically inclined, including learning new tools quickly and training others
  • A natural inclination to stay connected on email, SMS, phone, and social media
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
