EfficiencyOne is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the needs of the Marketing Strategy & Customer Experience team. This job requires the incumbent to be service and detail orientated with effective project management skills. Working independently as a team member in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be expected in this job.

A snapshot of what you will be involved with:

  • Lead and own smaller marketing campaigns and projects through all stages of development.
  • Assist with building, copywriting, and scheduling email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Assist with Social Media content planning, implementing, and executing
  • Coordinate the creation of various creating marketing materials that support the overall marketing strategy.
  • Provide support on small ad campaign production projects and participate in campaign strategy planning.
  • Manage marketing collateral inventory and photography image library
  • Assist in the development and management of SharePoint site and calendar
  • Generate monthly team reports summarizing projects and results.
  • Additional ad-hoc projects, administrative tasks, and development opportunities.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Highly motivated to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WordPress is an asset
  • Proficient with all MS Office applications (including Teams)
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value and drive the business
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team

Experience & Education:

  • Community college or university degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

What to expect in your first several weeks on the job:

In the first week, expect to:

  • Meet the marketing team, go through the training and onboarding process by meeting with other departments, learning about Efficiency Nova Scotia
  • Meet our Agency Partners and get familiar with current brands and campaigns
  • Training software - Basecamp, SharePoint, Fresh Ticket
  • Training and time to read marketing plan and work plan.

In the first month, expect to:

  • Assigned projects with the goal familiar with programs, campaigns, and marketing plans.
  • Working with Agency Partners and executing marketing plan campaigns and projects.
  • Working closely with Marketing Specialists to train and learn how to execute projects.
  • Training in Sales Force Marketing Cloud

In the first three months, expect to:

  • Participate in Annual Marketing Plan meetings.
  • Participate in team meetings and agency partner meetings.
  • Execute marketing campaigns including traditional media and email campaigns including working with agency partners, processing feedback, and approvals.
  • Execute smaller production projects including form updates, website updates, and campaigns.
  • Producing reports of completed projects, and upcoming projects including creative snapshots, timelines, and results.
