Job Description :
Virtusa is looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. S/he will fully manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and will be expected to develop strong relationships with hiring managers while finding the best recruitment strategy and create a positive candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with 6-8 years of work experience in recruitment and similar functions
Candidate should have a valid work permit to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
Good to have:
Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Bilingual is ideal, but must have an excellent command of written and spoken English
Good understanding of local laws, EEO and hiring process
Experience working in a global environment
Role and Responsibilities (But Not Limited To):
Be the main point of contact for hiring Managers, candidates, and third-party recruiting related services
Identify Talent Acquisition trends and gaps for quick suggestions and hiring the right talent
Ensure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the team
Vendor management and stake-holder management
Innovative ideas and approaches for Talent Acquisition
Experience using social media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms
Maturity and demonstrated professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
Strong communications, analytical, and customer service skills
