Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to create Workplace passion and satisfaction.
  • Assist in company-wide implementation of Workplace within large organizations, ensuring a high level of adoption.
  • Meet with Clients to help establish content and engagement strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the customers relationship, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Workplace.
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and nuances and communicate these strategically to stakeholders.
  • Plan and assist in building all campaigns to meet assigned client budgets and strategy needs.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet best practices and organize ad groups to efficiently carry out keyword strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, technology, business or media plus 2-4 years experience in a similar role required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Technically savvy with social media platforms/business collaboration platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and optimize strategy based on data.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
