Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Digital (Omni-Channel) Engagement; lead, create, track and report innovative customer experiences and Omni-Channel marketing strategies, leveraging and orchestrating marketing campaigns and digital solutions to support the assigned franchise strategic imperatives and quality customer engagement. Partner with the global digital and social engagement team to develop a social media content calendar and creative. Manage the day-to-day operations of the digital strategy, including budget-related, project management oversight and other issues

Brand Marketing and KPIs; Work closely with the brand managers to pull through the main brand narrative, messages, and strategy into digital tactics; including, but not limited to, videos, websites, emails, and social media. Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) are developed to measure and report on promotional program effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment (ROI). Analyze qualitative, quantitative, and engagement data to continually gain a deeper understanding of the market and customer needs. Partner with the Aesthetic Global Digital team to execute KPI dashboard and metric reporting while implementing the 3 marketing focus pillars of the Aesthetic Global Business Unit

Social Media; Develop strategy, execution and optimization of Ax portfolio presence across paid and organic social media. Responsible for content strategy and asset development, calendar management, paid campaign setup and ongoing reporting and analysis to inform future programs. Serve as an expert on social platforms, emerging trends and reporting on metrics related to overall social amplification. Objective to create a strategy focused on driving patient, consumer, and customer engagement across touchpoints to generate awareness, brand loyalty. Lead implementation of creative and build campaigns in social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok). Manage day-to-day flow of social media performance including pacing, monitoring KPIs, and troubleshooting

Agency Engagement and Management; Work closely with Brand leads and agency partners focused on digital and social strategy for the Aesthetics brands (Dysport, Restylane, Sculptra) and the overall business. Work effectively with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to Media, PR/Influencer, and Brand Marketing and Customer Marketing teams). Partner with marketing teams, marketing agencies, and 3rd party partners to pro-actively deliver insights and pull recommendations to a measured value. Performing ongoing assessments and synthesizing research on the dermatology landscape to keep a pulse on the market and customers. Uncover and lead other digital opportunities as the role evolves

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree, Digital and graphic design and/or Communications required.

A minimum of 6 years of progressive digital marketing and social media experience required.

Experience in product/brand marketing required

Experience developing customer-centric, personalized digital brand environment.

Proficiency in developing digital playbooks for multiple products in a single portfolio.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel required.

Advanced proficiency on Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube required.

Understanding of digital and/or omni-channel marketing and hybrid promotional model.

Experience in Dermatology including commercialization of a new drug/product/building out a new market is preferred

Strong operational and project management skills; demonstrated ability to develop detailed project plans, digital and social media engagement programs.

Proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key stake holders.

Ability to manage multiple vendors and work with business partners on innovations

Exceptional leadership and communication skills; proven ability to motivate and inspire teams, articulate a vision and work collaboratively with teams required

Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills and decision-making; demonstrated ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively both internal and external
