We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing specialist to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing specialist, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This position will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

The Technical Challenges

Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets. Proficiency with Website Analytics tools. Functional knowledge of LinkedIn as a marketing/lead-generation platform. Functional knowledge of CRMs

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

- Perform market analysis and research on competition

- Assist with daily administrative duties

- Contributing to the creation of ad and web content, email campaigns, and social media content

- Prepare detailed promotional presentations

- Help distribute marketing materials to both the sales team and our partners

- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

- Help with the planning of marketing events

QUALIFICATIONS

- Completed an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, or in a similar field

- Solid understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques

- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French is an asset)

- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and other collaborative tools

- Hands-on experience with marketing computer software (e.g. CRM tools, Google Analytics and Google Adwords)

- Outstanding multitasking abilities

- Attention to detail
