We are searching for a highly motivated Global Campus Talent Acquisition Leader to join our growing team that is helping to reshape Hatch's overall Human Resources strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and managing the global campus recruiting strategy for Hatch while also providing operations leadership over our North American campus efforts.

As a member of Hatch's Talent Acquisition leadership team you will also partner with global and regional partners as you contribute to overall direction and strategy for Hatch's recruitment function.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy that is scalable across all of Hatch's global locations that
  • Function as a center-of-expertise providing thought leadership and operational excellence for all of Hatch's global locations to turn to for guidance
  • Partner with leadership teams on the development and delivery of key talent attraction strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, brand awareness, and strategic external partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain talent market expertise including industry trends and competitors, and innovative recruiting techniques and platforms, across all areas of Hatch's business.
  • Manage Hatch's student scholarship programs on a global basis

You bring to the role:

  • A relevant University Degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years campus recruiting experience on a global scale (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of current campus recruitment trends and processes
  • Ability to motivate others - demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach with a high level of passion and initiative.
  • Client focused with enthusiasm to provide high quality customer service.
  • Reliability and accountability.
  • Adaptable and can handle ambiguity.
