Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, you will work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Operations Specialist in developing operational excellence around our use of Marketo, our marketing automation platform. You will own the production of programs (including QA), optimization of templates, and process improvement within the platform. Being the in-house expert on marketing automation, you will be the go-to MOPs team member for the wider Marketing team on best practices and continuous improvement.

What You'll be Doing...:
  • Manage the production of marketing programs within Marketo including design, build and testing, always looking for opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Measure, analyze and report on program metrics
  • Identify testing opportunities for emails and landing pages, execute and optimize against results
  • Support operational tasks including list preparation, list uploads and campaign management in our CRM (SFDC)
  • Manage the QA process of Marketo projects with a high attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance (GDPR & CASL) and best practices in every program launched, acting as a data steward
  • The impact you'll have...:
  • 3+ years marketing experience, in a B2B technology/software company preferred
  • 2+ years Marketo (preferred) or similar experience
  • Experienced using advanced features, eg. program tokens, engagement programs, dynamic snippets and segmentation - bonus if you are Marketo certified
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SEO/SEM and Google Analytics considered an asset
  • Experience with other technologies such as SFDC, Bizible, Demandbase, Pathfactory, Sendoso, Reachdesk, Allocadia considered an asset
