Job Description Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist - Content Writer is a storyteller. The role partners with Marketing & Research colleagues, sales professionals, business unit leaders and other subject matter experts to create insightful content that drives customer interest and demand through a variety of client engagement channels.

Responsibilities:

Partner with business lines and marketing partners-across geographies and real estate product types-to understand and execute the key content marketing initiatives that support growth priorities.

Translate complex ideas and data into organized, easily accessible commercial insights

With a confident, dynamic and human voice, represent our firm of innovative and insightful professionals through a variety of formats-short form and long form thought leadership, blogs, scripts, web copy, sales enablement collateral and more

Work in a collaborative environment of other writers, marketers/creatives and sales professionals to develop and test ideas

Generate outputs that meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Serve as an editor of other's content to ensure voice, tone, organization, house style, themes, point of view and language best represent Cushman & Wakefield

Interview SMEs to elicit ideas and insights that help shape themes and uncover unique point of views

Work with digital marketing partners to review and analyze performance and use learnings to influence future content production and campaigns

Represent Cushman & Wakefield's voice, applying a style that is human, free of cliché and jargon, and speaks to our clients with clarity

Research and stay abreast of news and trends impacting CRE occupiers and investors

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in professional writing or content writing role

Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or similar

Commercial real estate experience preferred; B2B experience supporting professional services required

Knowledge of Marketing and Communications disciplines and

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills

Strong oral communication skills and interpersonal skills

Advanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills

Ability to read, understand and interpret data and convey in a compelling narrative

Exceptional project leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in a culturally and educationally diverse environment

Ability to influence peers and leaders

Ability to successfully mentor team members

Ability to implement and enforce procedures

Successful track record of marketing results
