The Business Associate is a senior level position responsible for driving our communications and people engagement strategy, executive reporting and governance and MIS metrics tracking. The role will also assist in other activities such as tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. There will also be ad hoc projects related to the larger business office function that the role will need to drive and/or support as needed.
The role will require the individual to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. The individual should be able to integrate subject matter and industry expertise within defined areas within the scorecard. The role will require in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. It will require being able to evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. It is critical that the individual has good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources
Drive communications and people engagement strategy and initiatives for employee retention and development
Assist in executing employee communications strategies and work with diverse groups to produce various content including written and video content and facilitates an open exchange of ideas and solutions.
Write and edit employee communications to deliver consistent messaging.
Manage and oversee content and distribution of newsletters as necessary.
Management reporting of business intelligence and other key Investments initiatives
Data Collection and evaluation
Design and provide day-to-day support to management in the form of ad hoc analysis stretch assignments as needed
Assembly, development and structuring of presentation decks
Design, develop and execute communication deliverables to provide the appropriate level of information to target audiences through a variety of channels, including Intranet, Email, and Print.
Provide onsite assistance to senior management in support of town halls, senior leadership meetings and other business events.
Manage email and web channels to effectively drive messaging to key audiences within the business, including the deployment of targeted content through the use of a Content Management System (CMS).
Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.

Ability to work in a constantly changing corporate environment, independently as well as on a team
6-10 years of experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
