Communications Coordinator, Integrated Campaigns & Digital Storytelling

Are you an outgoing person who loves building long-term relationships? Are you eager to learn and bring fresh ideas to the table, sharing best practices and trends? Are you passionate about digital communications as an important channel that drives business results? We are looking for a creative, dynamic and collaborative communications coordinator to join our Communications team! The role will help to support our digital communications initiatives to support our overall reputation strategy.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the creation, management and execution of digital communication campaigns on social and content platforms, specifically About.Rogers.com
  • Help develop ongoing content strategy for social and digital channels to drive positive corporate reputation
  • Flex your creativity skills and help bring new ideas to the table on how we can continue bringing the Rogers story to life
  • Help manage content calendars to ensure regular delivery throughout the year that aligns with overall reputation strategy
  • Help distill complex/technical content and jargon into user-friendly content with a plain language approach
  • Work closely with the Brand team to devise content, social and brand strategies that align with overarching communications objectives
  • Participate in cross-functional campaign support across the organization to help meet business goals and objectives
  • Help provide monitoring support and manage various content related weekly, monthly performance trackers and tools
  • Logistical and other tactical support as needed

What you bring

  • Positive attitude, a self-starter and proven ability to take initiative within a fast-paced team environment
  • Agency experience an asset
  • Content strategy and campaign management experience
  • Good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook Business, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok
  • Analytics and reporting experience with digital tools
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills
  • Highly accountable work ethic, ability to plan with strong time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
