As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for marketing campaign planning and execution, designing communication materials across several platforms, and managing our client gifting initiatives. We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills to join our Burnaby Still Creek head office location in a Regular Full-Time position.
You will join our rapidly growing Marketing and Communications team and play an instrumental role in helping to build an innovative, client-focused approach and culture. We are a fun and supportive team with a laidback vibe, but don't be fooled

What you'll be up to as our Marketing & Communications Coordinator & Graphics Designer...
Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns through research, strategizing and execution
Assist with development of annual strategic marketing plan (Calendar)
Assist in the planning and development of digital Facebook and Instagram ads, engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin) and execution of digital campaigns
Collaborate with web designers for creation of well branded and effective websites/webpages
Undertake daily administrative tasks that support the MarComm department
Arrange and coordinate materials for special events and tradeshows
Develop graphics for social media advertising and promotions
Maintain brand standards while producing a wide range of materials including advertisements (print and digital), brochures, posters, sell sheets, presentations, signage, e-mail and web graphics
Consult with management and colleagues to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of material to best meet needs
Meet and evaluate external vendors to find best fit
Facilitate ordering, delivery and management of promotional materials
Prepare all employee and client giftings (ie: gift baskets with HUB swag)
Coordinate annual employee Christmas gifting program and client Thanksgiving gifting program
Upload and maintain existing and new marketing materials in shared library
Create and deliver training resources to help colleagues in client-facing roles improve content marketing and knowledge of social media and CRM platforms
What you bring to the table...
Let's cut to the chase, you have a post-secondary education in Marketing and Communications
This isn't your first rodeo. You have an excellent understanding of conceptual design, layout, and typography principles
You have advance MS Office skills
You have strong written English communication skills
You have a solid understanding of the sales process and possess strong business acumen
You're highly tech savvy
You maintain a high level of confidentiality of all corporate and client information
