Are you an expert project manager who can rally a team of stakeholders to deliver an incredible event?

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager who will lead the planning and execution of Allocadia's participation in conferences, host regional workshops in US cities and manage private VIP events for select target accounts. You will be a key stakeholder in delivering on pipeline goals and supporting the revenue organization in hitting revenue targets. You will work closely with marketing and sales team members to develop creative and integrated field programs to attract, educate and convert ICP accounts from qualified leads through to pipeline.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the planning, execution and measurement of Allocadia's field marketing programs as part of greater integrated marketing campaigns
  • Build and manage the quarterly field marketing plan and budget in Allocadia
  • Own performance metrics for field programs including number of SALs and
  • Opportunities as well as Pipeline influenced and created
  • Build and launch the promotions of your field programs in Pardot
  • Partner closely with the sales organization on booking prospect meetings at trade
  • shows, driving key accounts to workshops and hosting VIP experiences for top tier accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align on branding, messaging and PR opportunities at regional and industry events
  • Own our direct mail vendor relationship and partner with the sales organization to deliver memorable tactile experiences to target accounts
  • Manage and negotiate with event vendors and suppliers
  • Travel to the US (10-15%) post-COVID

Desired Experience:

  • 4 years'
  • experience managing field programs in an enterprise software or B2B company
  • A results-orientated person who is motivated by targets and hungry to achieve more
  • Ability to run a busy program calendar and manage resources effectively
  • Experience owning a marketing budget and optimizing ROI
  • Prior experience working closely with sales teams to deliver optimal results
  • Strong communicator
  • comfortable presenting programs and getting buy-in
  • Working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce is a bonus
  • Project Management certification is a bonus
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required
