THE ROLE:

Under the leadership of the Marketing Campaign Specialist, this position is responsible for supporting marketing activities across channels, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, and evaluating marketing opportunities aligned with department and organizational goals. The Marketing Coordinator, working closely with the Marketing Campaign Specialist and Marketing team, will ensure excellence across campaign activities, provide campaign ideation to support strategic goals, and innovate to develop new channels aligned with marketing goals and brand values. A successful candidate will be organized, proficient in a variety of data and analytic tools, and able to juggle multiple projects at once with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of S+T.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the marketing team to support S+T campaign and events framework, strategy and execution
  • Coordinate and execute campaigns to meet customer needs and achieve brand, business, and channel objectives
  • Interact cross-functionally, especially with the customer service and product teams
  • Work with external partners and collaborators when needed
  • Oversee marketing calendar, scheduling all activities across channels and ensuring accuracy and relevancy
  • Work cross-functionally with Wholesale team to support selling materials for partners and strategic channels
  • Responsible for digital and creative asset management for the Marketing team, and broader organization where necessary
  • Report on campaign performance, including analysis as assigned to establish and lead campaign post-mortem reviews and communicate cross-functional learnings from the campaign process
  • General partner and collaborator relations as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Located within driving distance of our headquarters in Richmond, BC, with access to reliable transportation. To successfully perform the requirements of this role, it will be necessary to be on site at our office frequently, and occasionally travel to other local off-site locations
  • A Degree or Certificate in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
  • 2-3 years demonstrated experience in a Marketing role, preferably in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Experience in fashion/apparel industry an asset
  • Related experience managing marketing campaign or partnership relations an asset
  • Experience in fashion/apparel industry an asset
  • Related experience managing influencer and media relations an asset
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Professional demeanor and good problem?solving skills combined with a strong business awareness and customer orientation
  • Flexibility, patience, and problem-solving oriented
  • Able to partner, collaborate and work independently
