We are looking for an organized and talented Marketing Automation Coordinator who has a passion for automation and structured processes to tackle automating our marketing processes! To implement the automation you will need to have:
An in-depth understanding of the latest marketing strategies
A strong understanding of sales
An understanding of the psychology of decision making
Technical skills to implement all the integration and data flows using the latest technologies
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and execution of our marketing programs, including optimizing inbound channels, creating scalable automated programs, and supporting account-based marketing initiatives.
Your mission will be to create campaigns that drive highly qualified leads for our global sales funnel this includes building user journeys, marketing funnels, lead gen and email marketing campaigns.
With a focus on aligning programs with the customer journey, this is a great opportunity to make a measurable impact on our marketing results while collaborating with our team.
Develop and implement end-to-end customer journey aligned email campaigns, including campaign planning and design, list management, campaign health monitoring and post-campaign analysis
Work with marketing leadership to develop a program strategy that supports demand creation objectives for sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue
Develop and communicate a holistic view across email initiatives to ensure campaigns work together as part of a cohesive strategy across the funnel
Develop, build, launch and maintain email campaigns and marketing automation programs, including audience segmentation, lead qualification and lead nurturing
Work with internal sales enablement teams to support automated sales plays
Work with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration into a marketing automation platform
Test and optimize the performance of emails, landing pages, creative, and content
Manage a portfolio of content and programs for re-use, recycle and optimization
Experience in B2B technology environments
Proven success in email marketing, list acquisition, and direct marketing programs
Experience with integration, CRM and AI email marketing strategies an advantage
Proven self-starter with exceptional presentation and communication skills
Experience developing programs mapped to the customer journey
