Essential Responsibilities :

Support, manage and direct all of the product marketing activities for assigned product categories.You will own the end to end product line and will be accountable for product profitability. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes.

Job Duties:

Develop robust product plans to deliver outstanding financial outcomes

Have a direct impact on the addition of new products

Contribute ideas to the strategy formulation process to have a positive impact on the product line growth.


  • Assist the Product Managers in the management of supplier relationships, including maintaining product marketing plans, managing supplier coop/MDF and representing ADI in marketing related business meetings.
  • Work with the Product Manager to implement effective marketing strategies that drive category performance and achieve budget and KPIs.
  • Compile promotional offers and manage the production and launch of print and digital promotional creatives from end-to-end for related categories.
  • Work with demand planners to manage inventory in-stock levels, as well as assist with returns to the suppliers.
  • Generate sales reporting, promotional effectiveness, inventory effectiveness, and gross margin reporting for related categories.
  • Research competitive product offerings, market pricing and industry technology trends by working cross functionally with Strategic Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Customers and Suppliers.
  • Administrative duties and ad hoc requests as assigned.
  • Travel as required (~10%).


  • Post-Secondary education Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar business-related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years work experience in a category management, product marketing, buying, or supplier management role within retail, distribution or similar high transaction environment.
  • Self-starter, organized, flexible, customer focused, strong business sense.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Team Player.
