The Marketing Manager will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and agency partners to support execution of all ATL campaigns (TV, OOH, Radio, Digital) in an effective and timely manner. In addition to supporting our national ATL campaigns, we will also look to the Marketing Manager to lead our brand media sponsorships and integrations (TV Sponsorships, Product Placement), and seek out opportunities for continued innovation.
Given the high visibility of our ATL campaigns, we require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition to strong written and oral skills, project management skills, an ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
What's On Your Plate:
Execute ATL campaigns from start to finish alongside internal stakeholders and agency partners (tasks include creating marketing briefs, creative concepting, production management).
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are maximized through-the-line.
Lead brand media partnership execution including TV Sponsorships.
Lead localization efforts
- managing local activations and making Skip campaigns more responsive and relevant across different regions in CA (including supporting our Quebec Marketing Manager).
Seek out new avenues for the brand and lead media test-and-learn.
Ensure marketing campaigns are tracked and measured appropriately to demonstrate effectiveness and return of investment.
Manage marketing calendar and research/brand tracking stimuli.
Manage brand budget and seek out opportunities for efficiencies.
Experience & Qualifications:
A mid-level marketing professional with 5+ years of experience under their belt, and a proven track record of exceptional campaign delivery.
Creative and strategic
- with a proven ability to solve undefined problems and think outside the box to offer new innovative solutions and deliver on strategic outcomes.
Experience across the media landscape and passion for delivering innovative media campaigns.
An analytical, big picture, and strategic thinker focused on results and continuous improvement.
Strong relationship-builder with proven track record of navigating cross-functional and agency-led projects efficiently and effectively.
French language skills are an asset.
