The Creator Product Marketing Manager will bring native and monetization product solutions and features to our growing and diverse community of Creators in Canada, while overseeing product growth and adoption. In this role, you'll work closely with our product operations, product management, partnerships, content, marketing, public policy, data operations, business and PR teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for TikTok Creator native and monetization product solutions and features in Canada.
  • Responsible for market-fit and goal attainment of TikTok's Creator product solutions and features in region.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize market needs and customer requirements to inform go-to-market product strategy, priorities, and both internal and external education roadmaps.
  • Partner with local and global cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives, driving the adoption of key product solutions and features.
  • In partnership with the Creator Marketing Manager, solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from Creators, identify key issues and solve them with relevant teams.
  • Build the product communication bridge between HQ and Canada teams, lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch.
  • Through partnership with the global product teams and following market insight and feedback, influence the development of products, tools, and features that support TikTok's Creator ecosystem.
  • Proactively and regularly communicate and educate new product roadmaps and changes with local cross-functional teams.
  • Be the market expert on the Creator and influencer product marketing landscape in Canada.
  • Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or above.
  • Deep understanding of the online Creator landscape and digital advertising.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management or relevant experience (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements).
  • Passionate about digital Creator products with a deep desire to lead adoption and growth of Creator Monetization solutions.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and taking creator & influencer products through full lifecycle.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, Creator product needs, market trends and competitive landscape.

PREFERRED:

  • Experienced product marketer, having worked with Creators and relevant business models.
  • Problem solver; excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills; data-driven and strong analytical skills.
  • A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
