The ecommerce product specialist’s role centers around working with manufacturing, product development and marketing departments in order to prepare new products for sale.


  • Work with ecommerce team to prepare for launches, marketing program campaigns
  • Work with product development team to plan, secure new product information
  • Work with marketing teams to curate products for campaigns and programs
  • Work with ecommerce teams to optimize current and future products
  • Development of existing product lines’ creative, content and SEO assets
  • Play role in new jewelry product development; from conception to manufacturing to sale


  • Management of new product rollouts; timelines, communications, scheduling
  • Building and management of product catalogs
  • Coordinating resources for product content, creative, SEO
  • QA and QC of new products pre and post launch


  • Openness to developing new skills, technical proficiencies, marketing expertise
  • University bachelors’ degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English
  • Organized, conscientious, ability to prioritize and use judgment


  • General interest in fine jewelry
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS or other programming languages
