Key Responsibilities

? Proposals - Work with senior leadership to develop timely, high-quality and competitive proposals for new work. Review requirements, manage deliverables from internal and external partners, develop custom graphics and edit content. We chase a mix of public and private sector work, proposals range from enhanced fee letters to complex submissions with partners globally.

? Website and Social - Regular updates of the website and social media. Develop content calendar and report on analytics. Our channels need your attention and creativity.

? Opportunities - Monitor award, earned media and conference opportunities. Provide back-up on project opportunity searches. There is a lot to keep track of in this industry - part of this role will be improving how we monitor these many avenues.

? Collateral - Update and coordinate the development of project graphics and project information. Maintain current resumes for staff.

? Strategy - Work with the Marketing Team, Senior Leadership and Staff Committees to develop and execute long term marketing and business development strategies. Help with market research and pipeline tracking.

Qualifications

? Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

? Ability to effectively deliver quality work under tight deadlines

? Strong team player

? Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

? Great eye for design and layout

? Preference for education and/or work experience within communications, design, technical and/or grant writing, architecture or a related field
