The impact you will have:

The Marketing Coordinator will support our marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our company's goals. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks and creative tasks, aimed at enhancing our brand presence and driving business growth.

What you will do:

  • Support brand initiatives and assist in ensuring all marketing collateral, events, and other company assets are on brand.
  • Monitor social media activity, create content, and contribute to engagement strategies and growth.
  • Administer and maintain content calendars.
  • Support our customer experience by assisting with holiday gifting, onboarding, samples, and event curation including logistics, fulfillment, and other tasks as required.
  • Administer and maintain promotional items portal.
  • Assist in writing and editing marketing materials as required (brochures, articles, press releases, newsletters, etc.)
  • Support and edit internal podcast.
  • Support various marketing collateral with basic graphic design and lay-up work.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department and complete additional tasks as required.
  • Conduct market research and report findings as requested.

What you bring to the table:

  • Basic graphic design knowledge - experience using Canva is a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe suite platforms, specifically Premier Pro.
