About the role

As our Inside Sales Operations Manager, you'll lead by example, iterating aggressively and executing strategies so that we exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint. You'll focus on quality, ensuring that everything we do is high enough standard to surpass the competition, while understanding that progress is more important than perfection.

Working closely with the VP of Commercial Operations, you'll strategically allocate resources, investing time and money wisely to maximize ROI and impact. You'll think creatively and critically, engaging your mind to analyze, question, and innovate, ensuring our sales operations efforts are strategic and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams from sales, operations, finance, and other departments to develop integrated plans that align sales forecasts with production, inventory, and resource allocation (S&OP).
  • Act as the link between Supply and Demand to ensure that operational plans are aligned with sales forecasts and business objectives
  • Ensure all sales operations activity meet the highest standards of quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems an asset
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration, order fulfillment, and lead generation process
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations roles; experience in a leadership position is an asset.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales operations strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
