Calling all Digital Marketers in the Mississauga/Oakville region!
We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a successful medical education/prep course company, located in the west Mississauga area. You'll be marketing a service that is a leader in their industry, with a strong reputation.
This is a permanent position, starting June 3rd or sooner and offers a competitive salary of $55,000 to $60,000
- bonus, health benefits and 2 weeks paid vacation.
This is a dynamic role within a small business, allowing you to apply your expertise across all areas of Digital Marketing, and directly impact the business's success and growth.
This is an in-office position, working Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule (either 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6), in their Mississauga office, with very occasional work on the weekend (eg. once a month, you will receive time off in lieu in those cases). There's potential for this role to convert to Hybrid, working 1-2 days a week from home in the future.
What you'll be marketing: Theoretical and practical health/medical prep courses to prospective students.

Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Manage all Digital Marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Creating digital content including blog posts, social media posts, and miscellaneous digital collateral, utilizing your creativity and Graphic Design skills
- Create and maintain the company's social media campaign(s) and presence to grow engagement; manage calendar and automation of social media postings on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
- Manage Google Adwords/PPC campaigns
- Create and manage Email Marketing campaigns
- Website content management on the WIX platform
- Basic SEO
- Occasional event/course/seminar marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Proficient content creator for website and social media, including written, photo/image, and video
- Proficient in Graphic Design, with the ability to use Adobe Suite or equivalent
- Proficient in social media calendar and content creation/management across Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. Paid Social Media campaign experience a strong asset
- Proficient with PPC/Google Adwords campaign management
- Basic SEO knowledge/experience
- Email Marketing experience a strong asset
- Experience with B2C Marketing is a strong asset
- Experience in the Education industry, marketing to students a strong asset
- Experience marketing a Service based business a strong asset
- Experience with Social Media Management including Instagram, and Facebook. Youtube is a strong asset
- Able to take initiative, be a self-starter, and work autonomously.
