Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, tracking results, and providing insights into performance metrics. You will need excellent time management skills to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, as well as exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external agencies. This role requires the ability to take quick action in response to marketing activities, both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, e-commerce, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our digital properties.
  • Utilize e-commerce enticement tactics to increase conversion rates and drive revenue.
  • Understand social media platforms and affiliate company workflows, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, e-commerce, social media, and affiliate marketing best practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
