About the Role

As a Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in the creation and development of packaging artwork, marketing collateral, and digital content for our various brands. From conceptualization to production, you'll be involved in every stage of the design process, ensuring our products and brands are visually compelling and effectively communicated to our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create packaging artwork for various brands, from conceptualization to production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor the implementation of new artworks online and communicate effectively with the marketing and sales teams to ensure distributors and buyers are informed.

  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to liaise with vendors and suppliers for making changes to existing artworks, outer cartons, etc.

  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to implement changes in any existing artworks as per the new guidelines or standards advised.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of design revisions and QA approvals for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Develop in-house content for social media platforms for Nanak, Emerge, and Savera brands, ensuring consistency and engagement.

  • Conceptualize and design marketing and communications materials for print, digital, and out-of-home media, including brochures, flyers, posters, and infographics.

  • Design social media posts and actively promote them to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Create and edit videos to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.

  • Coordinate with the Admin team, production, and warehouse departments to facilitate the creation of new SKUs, obtaining necessary approvals from departmental heads.

  • ?Provide creative writing/copywriting during different stages of the designing process to ensure cohesive messaging and brand voice consistency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a graphic designer, preferably in the food industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

  • Strong understanding of packaging design principles, typography, and layout.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in creating engaging content.

  • Video editing skills and experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
