YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will be responsible for PRANA's brand outreach across our entire digital ecosystem. As part of the Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in the planning, creation, and distribution of all the brand's content calendars. Your involvement in this multidisciplinary team will shine through on our website, in our social networks, and within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop digital communications strategy (social media, website, etc.);
  • Plan, create and distribute original content for all different digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Newsletter, Website, etc.);
  • Plan, develop and execute digital acquisition strategies: contests, collaborations, influencer campaigns.
  • Execute influencer campaigns : research influencers, develop relationships, draw up contracts, brief, handle mailings, follow-ups and reports;
  • Create photo and video content for social media;
  • Help create various website content (product sheet, blog, landing page, etc.);
  • Ensure community management and monitoring of brand accounts;
  • Monitor inspiring and competitive companies;
  • Adapt and translate various content;
  • Establish social media performance objectives and produce performance reports (competitive intelligence, opportunities, recommendations);
  • Support the marketing team in all other related tasks.

PROFILE AND SKILLS

  • Excellent content writing skills;
  • Excellent skills in content ideation and creation, including static and video content;
  • Creativity, initiative, autonomy, excellent time and priority management, resourcefulness, versatility, dynamism, interpersonal skills, curiosity, critical judgment and curiosity for trends;
  • Ability to produce reports, analyze results and make recommendations;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong interest in social media, video, and editing;
  • Interest in food and cooking.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a content manager or similar communications position, or a relevant experience;
  • Fluently bilingual and bilingual editing skills (French-English);
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or training in a relevant field;
  • Very good knowledge of social platforms, digital media, and e-commerce platforms;
  • Experience in the retail industry (an asset).
