We're looking for our founding Product Marketing Manager to join our team at an exciting point in our growth trajectory! Hive is an early stage tech company with a product to solve the gaps in marketing automations for our clients so they have less to-do, and more sold out shows.

We're looking for someone who has experience building product marketing from the ground up within the tech space by collaborating cross-functionally. As the first Product Marketing Manager to join Hive, you'll play a key role in creating compelling messaging to articulate our platform's value and enhance our product's visibility to influence the market.

What you'll get up to:

Develop and implement product marketing strategies to meet business objectives and increase market share.

Collaborate with the product development team to align messaging with platform capabilities and enhancements.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Craft messaging and positioning for our platform and features that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Hive in the market.

Plan and oversee the launch of new products/features and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Create sales collateral and training materials that help the team learn new products/features to be introduced into the selling process.

Oversee and enhance the product messaging across multiple platforms, including the website, resource center, and various marketing materials.

Measure and report the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives to track ROI and optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a tech startup environment.

Proven track record of creating and implementing successful product marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns) and communication strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex product features in a clear and compelling manner.

Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms (Hubspot), project management tools (Asana), and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.

Creative thinker with a vision for what drives consumer engagement.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.

Compensation & Benefits package:

Meaningful salary and equity: you're rewarded based on impact

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000 CAD. This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to job-related skills, experience and relevant training, and business and organizational needs. The band reflects potential growth in role and new team members, when hired with the expectations listed in the posting, will come in closer to the midpoint ($102,000 - $112,000 CAD).

Work fully remote in Canada or the US: where you're most productive whether that be from your house, or elsewhere. We just ask that you have legal work authorization in the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we are unable to hire within Quebec at this time.
