Reporting to our CMO, we are looking for an experienced and creative Content and Communications Manager to develop, oversee and manage content production, creative and implement internal and external communications strategies to drive engagement and propel our brand forward.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with the CMO, Product, Partners and Sales to create, write and produce incredible content and stories across our paid, owned and earned channels.

How you'll make an impact:

Content Development

  • Create and distribute various types of impactful content (inspirational, engaging, educational, etc.) for a variety of marketing and communications programs such as, but not limited to, presentations, brochures, promotional materials, case studies, newsletters, social media and website content.
  • Research, develop, and implement internal and external communications strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility.
  • Write, edit and contribute to the production of PR materials including press releases, research and marketing materials.

Digital Marketing

  • In collaboration with the CMO and graphic designer, create and publish content on various digital and social media platforms, and maintain a consistent calendar of timely and relevant content.
  • Communicate with audiences across all channels to build community relationships, including participating in conversations and responding to user questions/comments.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of digital programs related to product launches, public relations and general marketing campaigns.
  • Engage users (sales reps, customers, employees, etc.) with branded content.

Marketing Events

  • Contribute to the content development of marketing materials required for strategic events in the Americas and selected trade shows.
  • Ensure coverage (in person or remotely) of various internal and external events, in order to bring Clue Digital's products and services to life through social platforms, but also to support the group's events team in the needs related to these events, when required.

Project Management

  • Track and report on the progress and success of our content and communications campaigns.
  • Work across the C-Suite, Senior team, Partners and Clients to create, ghost write and produce articles and content across a variety of topics aligned to the content and marketing strategy.
  • Work with our SEO & SEM specialists to ensure optimization of content .
  • Work with sales operations to track, analyze and report against all content and communications led projects for Clue Digital.
  • Translating our brand vision, identity, voice and strategy for different types of content such as text, visuals, video.

Your skillset and superpowers:

  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate Certificate in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or other relevant fields
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
  • Adept at both strategy and execution (writing copy) with excellent written and verbal communication skills/ storytelling
  • Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot and Salesforce),CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful.) and Monday.com
  • Thorough understanding of sales funnels and content production best practices.
  • Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise, and easily digestible manner for various audiences.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects while being flexible to accommodate shifting priorities.
  • Initiative and team spirit, at ease in a remote working environment.
  • Sense of organization and priorities, rigor, and attention to detail.
  • B2B experience in the technology sector is an asset.
