As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing pay-per-click, display, and paid social media marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic and conversions for our Broker audience. Your role will involve providing recommendations to agencies for optimizations across various aspects including ad copy, ad assets, landing pages, keywords, campaign structure, ad groups, bidding strategies, targeting, and audiences. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting regular reporting and communication on campaign status, competition analysis, new initiatives, budget pacing, and performance results. Monitoring core competitors for changes in strategies, pricing, and ad messaging will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

You will collaborate closely with agency partners to prepare SEO site audits detailing on-site, off-site, technical, and content optimizations adhering to SEO best practices. Furthermore, you will work closely with the brand and creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets and with search agency partners to track lead flow to sale for all search campaigns. Your role will involve evaluating and assessing campaign performance, providing high-level feedback to support strategic decision-making, and staying updated on industry trends and new technology to ensure the company's digital presence remains competitive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Strategize and execute pay-per-click, display, and paid social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion for our Broker audience.

  • Regular weekly/monthly reporting and communication on the status of campaigns, competition, new initiatives, budget pacing, and performance results.
  • Monitor core competitors for changes in strategies, pricing, and ad messaging.
  • Work with agency partners to prepare SEO site audits detailing on-site, off-site, technical, and content optimizations needed that adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Partner closely with the brand and creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Partner closely with our search agency partner to track the lead flow to sale for all search campaigns.
  • Evaluate and assess campaign performance, providing high level feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new technology to ensure the company's digital presence remains competitive.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in running Digital Media campaigns
  • Must have working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook ads, AdRoll, and Google Analytics to be considered.
  • Ability to update conversion tracking tags in Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing experiments.
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications a plus
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments, company leadership, team members, partners, and freelancers.
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend data & metrics to drive improvements.
  • Understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and content creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable and versatile with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
