About the role

Help support the execution and optimization of RRP websites, eCommerce, app, social media, and SEO to grow awareness and understanding of smoke-free alternatives amongst LANU. You will be responsible for working with the Owned Media and e-commerce teams to execute various digital media tactics and channel optimizations.

You will be accountable for:

  • Coordinate posting of content on social media channels using Sprinklr
  • Support with the preparation of content matrixes and toolbox for handover to brand and studio
  • Helping with the compilation of factsheets and product listing on com to support the promo calendar
  • Coordinate with brand and studio to ensure web developer receives assets on time
  • Coordinating approvals and deployment for assigned projects
  • Facilitating French translation when required
  • Participate in UAT sessions and complete testing of assigned tasks
  • Support with the execution of any ad-hoc requests that arise to support the digital team
  • Ensuring all content on the website is accurate, on-brand, and legally compliant

Who we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • University Degree related to Marketing/e-Commerce/Computer Sciences/Business Studies
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized with a focus on a high-quality of work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the digital marketing space
  • Knowledge of owned, paid, and social media, eCommerce, and SEO best practices is an asset but not required.

For this position, the salary range is between $73,740 to $78,348 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
