About the role:

The Director of Product Marketing will spearhead Unbounce's success through serving as the voice of strategy and shaping the positioning of Unbounce's products in the market to deliver customer value. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President, Products and manage the Product Marketing Team. You will work closely with Unbounce's Senior Leadership Team to provide your insights and expertise which will hold significant weight within corporate strategy, as they provide invaluable market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to guide decision-making. By aligning product marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives, you will identify new market opportunities, drive revenue growth, elevate brand reputation, and ensure Unbounce remains an innovative leader in the dynamic realm of digital marketing technologies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop our product marketing team, while fostering collaboration aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and lead winning go-to-market strategies for new product launches and initiatives, including research, launch planning and timelines, communications, enablement, deliverables, and reporting ensuring seamless cross functional execution
  • Identify strategic target market segments that guide marketing, product roadmap, and strategic direction of Unbounce's ecosystem for SMB marketers
  • Support senior leadership with corporate strategy and co-create product strategy in collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders
  • Lead positioning and messaging efforts to define how Unbounce wins in the market and communicate to our customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Develop and experiment with innovative and customer-centric ways to package and price our products
  • Oversee our competitive intelligence and enablement programs and help identify and execute strategic opportunities to drive revenue growth, differentiate Unbounce, increase TAM and market share, drive informed prioritization of market problems to solve for
  • Be a thought leader internally and externally providing expertise in market insights, competitive landscape, and Unbounce customers that translates into actionable strategies

A little bit about you :

  • Degree/ education in business, marketing, or product marketing.
  • 8+ years product marketing experience in fast-paced, B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience in creatively positioning and marketing products, software and services in a competitive market environment
  • Ability to think strategically, navigate ambiguity, and break down complex problems
  • Passionate and a driven, self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience synthesizing insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
  • Track record of creating high quality, impactful product launches and market growth
  • You are an exceptional communicator. You can present and craft a narrative that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and positively influence people across all teams
  • You're driven to have an impact. As part of a small team, you're motivated knowing that your efforts will have a big splash
  • You have a bias toward action and fast decision making
  • Experience leading product marketing for a multi-product MarTech company is a plus

  • $170,369 - $200,000
