Transformer Table is currently looking for a highly motivated PR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing PR campaigns and managing a team of PR professionals. Your role will involve developing strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring the success of PR initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Organize and manage press events, conferences, and product launches.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze the impact of PR efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand image.
• Provide guidance to senior management on PR and communication strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a PR Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of PR principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, PR tools, and media monitoring software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
