RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and rankings in SERPs.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes, including site structure, page speed optimization, and mobile usability.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush; prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithms updates, and best practices in SEO.
• Independently manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation.
• Strong technical SEO skills, including knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and server-side settings impacting SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and webmaster tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into data and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in English and ideally French.

Languages Required: English (fluent), French (preferable)
