Working closely with the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing social media and content creation (organic and paid campaigns).
  • Participating in the planning, creation, and daily management of digital activities and campaigns based on the annual marketing calendar.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of customer experience on the website.
  • Working with the Marketing Director to successfully implement high-impact projects in customer loyalty and retention.
  • Assisting with the integration of transactional and promotional platforms.
  • Defining performance indicators related to strategies and ensuring their continuous monitoring and optimization.
  • Accompanying the team during multi-sector mandates and handling ad-hoc requests from various sectors.
  • Supporting the team in the design, review, and layout of PowerPoint and/or Canva presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration with more than 3 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Fluent bilingual both orally and in writing.
  • Experience with a CRM and data management.
  • Strategic Analytics - Technical understanding of marketing tools and know how to leverage them to solve complex challenges.
  • Problem Solver -Using the appropriate SPC, analyze and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and offer inventive solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills - You embrace the team concept and ensure key stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with transparency.
  • Client Focused - Never losing sight of the customer experience, you will use your skills to evolve communications and multi-channel programs to provide an exceptional user experience.
