Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing initiatives, including social media management, event coordination, content creation, and branding efforts. This is an in-office position, offering an exciting opportunity to grow through the success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and current content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Hootsuite.
  • Coordinate and manage events from pre-planning to post-event activities.
  • Collect and curate testimonials to showcase client satisfaction and success stories.
  • Update and maintain websites with relevant content and information.
  • Perform video editing enhance brand image.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Stay on-brand to ensure consistency and visibility.
  • Generate reports on marketing metrics, performance, and event outcomes.
  • Handle all communications professionally and timely.
  • Organize and manage all reference documents, checklists, and templates.
  • Take ownership of studio, marketing and event equipment including setup and maintenance.
  • Serve clients and colleagues with humility and happiness.
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar
  • plan to ensure efficient execution of activities.
  • Understand there is a transition from Marketing Assistant to Marketing Coordinator in this position.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of basic finance or ability to learn quickly.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
