In this role, you'll have the opportunity to join a high-performance team with solid processes. You will play a key role in our sales processes and support our sales team in various ways. Your duties will include reaching out to potential clients who contact us through our website, scheduling appointments for our business development specialists, and meticulously updating our CRM (our best friend!). Your responsibilities will also include drafting service offers and contracts and working closely with our marketing and pre-sales teams to help drive forward the opportunities generated by digital channels.

MORE SPECIFICALLY, IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK, YOU WILL : 

• Carry out some of the steps in our sales process, including initial contact with prospects in response to requests received via the website; 
• Schedule appointments for business development specialists;
• Ensure quality follow-up with our customers and prospects to provide A1 customer service;
• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to drive forward opportunities generated by digital channels, as well as ongoing projects;
• Draft service offers and contracts and ensure their conformity (rigour is a must!);
• Support the business development team to keep the CRM up to date with our standards;
• Represent Vooban occasionally at events (mainly in Quebec and Ontario, occasionally in the U.S. and Western Canada) and build a quality business network.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Approx. 3 years experience in a complex sector (ideally, in the field of AI or digital transformation);
• BAC in a relevant field;
