We are looking for a Commercial Sales Director- Canada (Caledon/Greater Toronta Area)

Summary:

Manage the Kingspan Commercial Business for Canada. Deliver annual sales revenue in line with corporate budget and strategic plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Deliver Invoice Sales and Order Intake Budget in line with corporate strategic plans and budgets within the Canadian markets.
  • Manage all RSMs and BDMs day to day activities and incremental metrics in Salesforce CRM program for monthly KPIs.
  • Develop and Manage pricing strategies for the entire Canadian sales organization.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly commercial forecasts.
  • Collaborate and Develop pricing strategy for each territory.
  • Develop market plans and set individual growth strategies.
  • Manage, maintain, and increase margins throughout all product sectors.
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales and Marketing Department in developing Technical Commercial Tools, driving our sustainability program within our business sectors.
  • Assist VP of Sales in development and implementation of commercial strategic plan in line with Kingspan Group Plan.
  • Implement a team wide RSM & BDM training on key products, specifications, competition, installation, etc.
  • Assist in education of key influencers in commercial building design and applications of Kingspan products.
  • Educate, maintain, and drive ongoing strategies to assist RSMs & BDMs with conversion of traditional systems into IMPs through transactional sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, architecture, engineering, or related construction fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar management role.
  • Understanding of building codes, green build rating systems, sustainability requirements.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the AEC Community
  • Experience in one or more of the following: pre-engineered, insulated/metal panels, construction, exterior wall systems, roofing, etc.
  • Ability to understand and interpret project specifications, addendums, special provisions and all other applicable project documents.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interface with executives, design teams and industry organizations.
  • Self-motivated and possess the ability to meet deadlines and problem solve with minimal supervision.
  • CRM experience, Salesforce experience preferred.
  • highly preferred in the GTA or Caledon area
  • 50%+ travel required

Computer Skills:

  • Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook.
