Job Title: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Location: GTA, Ontario - Hybrid working arrangement

Compensation: Base salary $85 - $100k

About the opportunity

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own relationship building and partnerships with internal & external stakeholders. You will focus on lead generation and be responsible for developing and implementing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to attract, educate, and convert customers into quality leads for the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Utilize various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing to reach target audiences
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with the various internal & external partners to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Ensure consistent narrative and brand representation across various channels including oversight of company website for efficient user functionality that impacts higher conversion rate
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive achievement of business goals
  • Keep up with industry trends and marketing best practices to ensure that our strategies remain up-to-date and competitive
What you bring to the table
  • Successful track record in digital marketing with proven experience in lead generation impacting business growth
  • Data driven and excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive sound decision making
  • Inclusive communication and excellent copywriting skills to educate customers and drive campaign performance
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of financial management
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work in an agile, high-energy environment, and adapt to evolving business and customer needs
  • Proven leadership skills with a natural flare to build relationships and foster a highly collaborative working environment
