Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Ensure drives stay up to date with necessary files.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts across various social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing events such as trade shows, influencer activations, and pop-ups.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, content creation, and project management.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Trello).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
